As a mother of four and stepmother of one, as well as a wife to a supportive husband, my journey of self-discovery led me to transformative mentors who guided my path. Drawing wisdom from the teachings of mindfulness pioneers like Ellen Langer and Daniel Siegel, I delved into the power of neurocoaching with a nurturing coach who became a maternal figure in my life. Through embracing mindfulness and leveraging the untapped potential of the mind, I sculpted myself into the woman I had always aspired to be—a beacon of empowerment and resilience.

Through my women's networking group, we cultivate a supportive community focused on empowerment, mentorship, and the exchange of valuable referrals. We mentor not only each other but also young women lacking strong female role models and individuals facing challenges, providing a nurturing environment for growth and empowerment.
